Assembl: Collective Intelligence Platform

Bluenove is a technology company that pioneers massive collective intelligence and is actively committed to civic technology. Together with MIT and Science Po, they developed Assembl; a modular platform that uses natural language processing and artificial intelligence for qualitative consultations. Assembl makes sense of large scale data and turns insights into actions, and has helped over one million voices be heard over the past decade. It has been used with many public and private sector leaders, including President Emmanuel Macron who implemented new policy generated by 200,000 French citizens, as well as for internal and external consultations with the likes of Decathlon, Schneider Electric and Societe Generale.

What we did

Bluenove were looking to expand their business and appointed Liminal as their partner of choice. Through our collaboration we developed new challenges to address together through listening at scale using Assembl. Firstly we helped to reposition their proposition around the concept of the listening economy. Then we trialled and refined this positioned with people and organisations in our wider ecosystem. Finally we successfully secured interest and set up opportunities with potential clients in the US, UK, Switzerland and New Zealand.
